PVC-O pipe extrusion equipment is a specialized device used for manufacturing molecularly oriented polyvinyl chloride pipes. The production process is complex and requires high precision and a high degree of automation for the equipment.
First, PVC raw materials are heated and plasticized in the extruder, then extruded through the die by the screw to form a pipe blank. The pipe blank is then sent into a vacuum box for initial cooling and shaping, and then conveyed by a traction machine into an oven or heating furnace to be heated to the appropriate stretching temperature. Subsequently, the pipe blank undergoes biaxial stretching in the stretching device, causing the molecular chains to align in a specific direction, thus forming high-performance PVC-O pipes. After stretching, the pipes are cooled and then conveyed by the traction machine to the cutting machine for fixed-length cutting. Finally, the pipes can be processed by an online flaring device to obtain finished products.
